Getting to our office from Manhattan Beach.

From Manhattan Beach Blvd

Head east on Manhattan Beach Boulevard to Hawthorne Boulevard. Turn right (south) on Hawthorne and continue for approximately two miles. Our building is at 25550 Hawthorne Blvd, on the east side of the street, just south of the Sepulveda intersection. The drive takes about 10 minutes.

From Sepulveda Blvd

Take Sepulveda Boulevard south through the beach cities. Turn left onto Hawthorne Boulevard heading south. Our office building will be on your right shortly after the intersection. From central Manhattan Beach, the drive is approximately 12 minutes.

Parking

Free parking is available in the structure adjacent to our building. No meters or street parking required. Take the elevator or stairs to the third floor, Suite 316.

Our evaluation reports are detailed enough to meet the standards MBUSD teams expect, and Dr. Hickson Barez attends school meetings to present findings and advocate for appropriate accommodations and services. We can also provide an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) when needed.

Absolutely. In addition to Manhattan Beach, we regularly work with families from Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and El Segundo.
